Terms of stay

By booking with THE BOOTH [SUKKAH], you agree to the house rules shown on each property, the cancellation policy selected for that listing, and payment of the total shown at checkout (priced in USD; local settlement may apply for Mobile Money / Ghana cards).

Holds: unpaid draft bookings expire after 30 minutes. Confirmed bookings are subject to the property cancellation policy for guest-initiated cancels.

Conduct: guests are responsible for the unit and occupants during the stay. Events, pets, and smoking follow each property’s stated policy. Damage or policy breaches may incur charges.

Liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking. We are not responsible for utility outages beyond our reasonable control; backup power is provided where listed as an amenity.
