THE BOOTH [SUKKAH] (“we”) processes personal data to operate direct bookings, payments, guest communication, and property operations. We do not sell guest data.

What we collect: account identity (via Clerk), booking details, payment references (Stripe/Paystack — we do not store full card numbers), preferred currency, and messages you send about a stay.

Why: to confirm reservations, process refunds under our cancellation policy, provide support, improve operations, and meet legal obligations.

Retention: booking and payment records are kept as required for accounting and dispute resolution. You may request account deletion subject to open stays and legal holds.
